If your gonna include audition on this list you've gotta include Ichi the Killer, this film is also directed by Takashi Miike. This film sparked my interest in asian movies, since then have watched many of these movies, great list tho ill have to check out the ones i havent seen yet, Old Boy is definitely my favorite tho

You're right I should've mentioned Paul Dini in the article, but I don't know enough about his writing to delve into more depth which is what I would have preferred - I didn't say that the game took it's dark tone from the recent movies though... I just drew a comparison with The Dark Knight due to the intentional capture of the joker.

And I have no doubt in my mind that the PC version looks better than both console versions, but the version I playtested is the PS3 version, so I listed the benefits. I wasn't out to compare which was better or not.

Still thank you for the constructive comment - it's always good to get different points of view and extra information that I wasn't aware of. Other than those aspects, I hope you enjoyed my review :)

A little disappointing you don't mention the fact Paul Dini wrote the story for Arkham Asylum, that its dark tone is set from that and not taken as a cue from the recent films. Its also disappointing that you portray the PS3 version as the better format just because of the addition of the joker playable parts and the batcave for home, I can testify that Batman running on full 1920x1080 with 16x Anti-Aliasing, Ambient Occlusion and additional Physx effects while running with vsync on, no screen tearing and a solid 60fps easily toasts both consoles.
